Entry Table Magic

Pop, Fizz, Cheer – Mini Champagne Bottles

Diaper Raffle – A Box Full of Fun (and Diapers)
A diaper raffle is a baby shower must! My friend’s mom found an old cigar box that made the perfect rustic raffle box. We whipped up a matching sign and cute little raffle “tickets” in Word. The sign read: “Did you bring diapers? Write your name on a card and pop it in the box. One ticket per pack!” Super easy, super cute.

Sweets Table – A Sugar-Lover’s Dream
Our sweets table was part DIY, part store-bought, and 100% stunning. The banner was made with burlap and Cricut-cut letters (shoutout to my Cricut Air 2!). We strung it all together with twine and added vases of flowers, eucalyptus garlands, and a cute burlap runner. Simple + beautiful = win.

Italian Lemon Cookies
My friend’s grandma made these dreamy Italian lemon cookies, and they were gone in a flash. Want to make your own? You’ll find a recipe in most Italian cookbooks—or scroll down for a how-to video. Need a backup cookie? Our fan-favorite chocolate chip recipe never disappoints!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
One guest brought the most beautiful chocolate-covered strawberries from a local small business—seriously, they were almost too pretty to eat (almost). Displayed on cupcake stands, they were a total hit.
Mini Bundt Cakes
Mini bundt cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes. added a bit of flair to our self-serve dessert table. Plus, no slicing required—just grab and enjoy!

Magic Cookie Bars
These 7-layer bars were magic indeed: graham cracker crumbs, butter, sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped nuts. Yum! You’ll find the full recipe link below. You can click here for the full recipe.
Cream Puffs
Simple, sweet, and fluffy! Click here for the full recipe.

Gifts + Balloons = Party Perfection
We expected rain (thanks, weather forecast), so we brought in my Amazon backdrop and banner stand, plus these clamps to keep it all in place. The balloon arch was made using an Amazon kit and electric balloon pump — it was fun to put together and looked so cute in photos! There is a special balloon arch strip to make this balloon arch a simple and fun project. We also played a fun round of twin baby shower trivia while opening gifts.

Drinks That Sparkle
We had an elegant little drink station with sparkling waters, mimosas, and my favorite tropical sangria recipe. We also had mimosas available, and sparkling water. Refreshing and festive!

Simple Table Decor – Big on Charm
Dollar Tree baby blocks, burlap chargers under flower vases, and burlap ribbon tied around each vase—it doesn’t take much to create a beautiful rustic vibe!

Delicious Eats – Rustic & Fresh
My friend’s mom totally rocked the food display. She went full-on natural and boho with wood trays, white cake stands, wicker baskets, and greenery galore.
Mini Ham and Cheese Croissants:
Mini croissants stuffed with ham and Swiss—held together with a toothpick and way cuter than your average sandwich. You can heat them up before serving for extra gooey goodness!
Cucumber Tea Sandwiches
Classic and crisp: thin cucumber slices, chives, and cream cheese on soft white bread. Cut into triangles for that vintage tea party vibe.
Spinach Salad
Spinach tossed with strawberries, blueberries, raisins, walnuts, feta, and a light vinaigrette. It’s as delicious as it is pretty.
Torpedo Sandwiches
We ordered ten torpedo sandwiches and sliced them into thirds. They were stuffed with mortadella, ham, salami, provolone, pepperoncini, and lettuce—perfect for hearty bites!
Fruit Tray
Our fruit tray had all the colors of the rainbow: grapes, strawberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, melon—you name it, it was on there. A total crowd-pleaser!
