Chocolate Chip Cookies
After many years of searching, I have found the best and gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe. The secret? Brown sugar!

Wet Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter
- 1¼ cups PACKED brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk or creamer
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 1¾ cups SIFTED flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ tsp baking soda
Combine butter with brown sugar until creamy.
Slowly add in the milk and vanilla extract.
Add the egg. (Crack in a seperate bowlls)
In a seperate bowl, sift flour and add salt and baking soda.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the mixer. Mix until combined
Stir in the chocolate chips until combined (You can also add in the walnuts or oats here.)
Scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet with 1 inch spacing between each .
Set the oven to 350° and bake for 8-12 minutes. (The longer you bake, the crispier the edges will be)
