Halloween is so fun for kids! But, finding treats to share with the class or with friends that are not candy can be difficult for parents. I am able to find affordable goodies that are safe and fun for kids and toddlers that will not spoile their tummies.
Halloween 'TREATS'
I find that parents have a hard time finding things to hand out on Halloween that is NOT candy! Luckily, I did some research and found the items listed below were amongst the favorites for trick-or-treaters!
Boo Basket
A Boo basket is a fun tradition we share with our close friends who are not in our class. We get a Halloween themed bucket, and fill it with toys, arts and crafts, and big items you wouldn’t want to buy in bulk. These are special things to share. You fill up the bucket and place it on their doorstep with a cute sign that says whatever you want.
Popular sayings: “You’ve been Boo’d!” , “Hey Boo!”
Halloween Books
I like to get my kids in the spirit by displaying our Halloween books in the Fall.
